They offered us stay in another apartment for the last day of our stay, because in the bar above was announced party , so there was a possibility to be loud. Very close to the center and in 100-200m it is a supermarket (Aldi). The apartment was clean and comfy with cutlery, plates, different types of glasses for 2 people. For the heat we had air conditioning and we didn't have problems with hot water.
