James was super friendly as were all the other staff. The room was beautiful, the bed was incredibly comfortable and I can't remember the last time I had breakfast in bed! The location is also perfect.

Set in Madrid, 200 metres from Calle Princesa, Plaza de España Skyline offers self-catered accommodation with free WiFi and a 24-hours reception. Very well situation within easy walking distance to the shops, centre, sights. We went to watch the Madrid Open Tennis and it was ony a 20 min Uber away. Friendly staff, great 2 bedroomed apartment, clean and comfy we didn't really use the kitchen but it looked like it had everything needed.

NQn Aparts & Suites Madrid features accommodation within 500 metres of the centre of Madrid, with free WiFi, and a kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave and a toaster. The location was amazing as it was at the heart of the city centre near a prime Metro station called Gran Via. There are alot of options walkable from the apartment. Supermarket, pharmacy, metro station, shopping district, you name it! The apartment was clean and fully equipped with all the necessary facilities such as washing machine, iron board, hair dryer etc. The bed was comfortable and allowed us to have restful sleep. Most importantly, the costumer service by them pre-arrival and during our stay was beyond our expectations. We had to check in late at night and the instructions given was clear for us to have smooth check-in process. Froi was very resourceful in sharing potential places to visit as well. We felt very welcome and touched by their warm hospitality and will definitely choose to stay with NQN again! Thank you Froi and Team for making our stay a wonderful experience!
