I never met the host however she was always available on WhatsApp. The doors have a code so entry is easy. There is parking for your car within a closed gate. I never used the kitchen so I cannot speak to the details of that. It is somewhat new in comparison to what there is in town. I would stay here again

The bathrooms and their showers were amazing. Location is excellent, very close to the city center with all the restaurants and travel agencies. Parking within closed space.

Apart Hotel Endurance offers apartments with free WiFi in Punta Arenas' city centre. The main square is 240 metres away. Great place altogether. You can cook in the room too, which is great.
