the location is just perfect, everything was clean and comfortable. The ocean breeze made me happy every day. I was also pleased that there were all the necessary items for relaxing on the beach. Highly recommended!!!

The condo was well-kept and a nice stay. It has a great view, and it's pretty located between Kihei and West Maui. Kihei was about 20 mins away, and West Maui was 30-60 mins away (depending on which part). The airport was 15 mins away. There were instructions on how to operate the oven, shower, and anything else where someone may get confused. The closets were stocked with chairs, towels, etc. The laundry room was right next door and worked great ($1.50 for wash, $1.50 for dry). Parking on the "street" was not a problem - there were always spots at all times of day even with a big SUV. The view was great, and sitting next to the water + the pool were excellent. All in all, it was a nice condo.

To start with the host. Katie was kind and thoughtful.easy to communicate even made restaurant reservation.The property is luxurious right on the water everything you can expect from a 5 star place. The decoration and the welcome treat is special with all the exotic flowers. The unit is modern with all the comfort to the last details like bathrobe etc,.. We stayed before in most of the Wailea luxury hotels but will come back to this place first in the future. Made our stay with our friends unforgettable.

Amenities we prefect. Two bedroom/two bathroom, excellent view, nice kitchen, washer and dryer were a big plus. The unit has a nice open feeling. The keyless entry was great, no key to worry about.

If you haven't booked yet and you've found these apartments available, don't think twice and grab them! They have everything you need and more, and the owner has taken care of everything and thought of everything. The parking is convenient, you can see the ocean through the window, and the apartment can be reached by elevator. When we arrived, we found presents and even a decorated Christmas tree! Thank you, Rick, if we come back to Maui, we will definitely stay here!

This view was absolutely unreal! It honestly feels like you’re on a cruise ship / Lido deck with how amazing the views of the water are. Feels like you’re sleeping right above the ocean! Our host was very accommodating, ie. When we realized we didn’t have a tub to give our infant his bath, she offered to go pick one up for us from Target! We also loved being able to walk everywhere - the market shop had everything we could need including breakfast, the restaurants were great, and we also walked straight on our boat excursions since the harbor is right next door. Can’t beat it!
