The room was fantastic! Loved the heated bathroom floor and the shower. The bathroom is sometimes overlooked but not here. It was fantastic! The star of the show was the VIEW!! It was just stunning to look out and see the sea. Our first night it rained but we woke up to 5 inches of snow. It was a beautiful sight! And we saw the northern lights from our room!! No words!! The bed, dual comforters, and the overall size of the room were great. Having coffee and creamer was such a bonus. We loved it!

But if you’re getting some common Iceland branded chocolate, get them from the Kronan grocery store, at half price for some of the flavours 🤣 Apartment has kitchen, which was good. We grabbed groceries and cooked dinner and breakfast! There’s washer n dryer, but not within our apartment, it’s on the ground floor, shared with another studio apartment. And laundry time stops at 10pm, no more washing after that.

It was a lovely surprise and the studios are beautifully decorated and stocked. First time that the property even had an HDMI already hooked to a TV, super useful and I really appreciated having a toaster and paprika, as usually there are no spices in the apartments. Easy partking as well. Anyways, book the studios, they are FANTASTIC, and just a short walk away from the beach. Breakfast was really great too.AngelaSolo traveller
