Absolutely can not fault this wee apartment, located is about 15min walking distance from town centre and an uber taxi is around £5. Definitely would stay again, thank you for a really good experience

I have to be honest as i always am doing these as i do travel a hell of a lot, i was actually blown away by the place, outstanding to say the least, spotless and everything was just wonderful, a greeting hamper and i have to say the bed was so very comfortable, yes you are going to get a bit of noise as it is in the centre of a busy city but above all it was everything i could of hoped for and more, i will deffo return and i cant thank iain and maggie enough for there professionalism when it came to instructions, friendly informative and great hosts. well done guys ive given we deserved top mark on everything, i really could not fault it at all.

Situated conveniently in the centre of Newcastle upon Tyne, The Monument offers a terrace, air conditioning, free WiFi and flat-screen TV.

Such an awesome apartment and a wonderful host! Really big and specious, the beds were SO comfortable and loved the giant tub! was great in the cold mornings 😊 The apartment was spotless and welcoming, really wished we had more days there. The location’s really good, close to the o2 city hall which was exactly what we needed. Loads of food options and shops around as well. When we arrived to Newcastle it was raining and our internet kinda crashed so we couldn’t find the place, The host left a football match he was at to come help us in the rain! He was incredibly nice about it and that was just lovely of him. He was super responsive as well and really helped us with anything we needed, best experience I’ve had. Cant wait for our next Newcastle trip, we’ll definitely be staying here again, HIGHLY recommended!

    Struttura nuova, accogliente e pulita. Appartamento grande e molto bene organizzato. Letti molto comodi. Cucina funzionale e molto utile. Personale gentile , sono organizzati anche apertivi gratuiti per tutti gli ospiti dell'hotel, molto apprezzati. Posizione defilata dal centro, ci si arriva comunque con una passeggiata di 10 minuti. Molto vicina al lungofiume dove non mancano ristoranti e locali molto carini.

    bella posizione, la casa ha tutto quello che ti serve. l’unica cosa che non va bene è che se hai bisogno di aiuto e chiami il numero che ti danno, non risponde nessuno. ho lasciato 3 messaggi. mi hanno risposto grazie ad un vicino di casa che li ha contattati via Facebook. non riuscivo ad entrare in casa era abbastanza importante. una volta risolto il problema è stato tutto ok. consiglio l’appartamento, è molto carino ed accogliente.
