Anche se fuori Parigi è facilissimo raggiungere il centro e la metro dista davvero pochissimo dall'appartamento. Vicino si trovano molto ristoranti e supermercati molto comodi e ben attrezzati. La struttura è abbastanza nuova, ben tenuta e pulita e silenziosa, molti studenti e lavoratori, personale affabile e disponibile.. La fermata della metro è a 50 metri dal residence. Lungo la promenade che porta alla fermata della metro trovi qualsiasi tipo di negozio e ristorante: dall'estetista al macellaio, dalla Carrefour alla lavanderia/stireria con consegna entro 24 ore, dalla farmacia al negozio di elettronica, dal ristorante italiano alla classica rosticceria take away.marcoGruppi con amici

Gli appartamenti sono nuovi, accoglienti, ben forniti di tutto il necessario e molto puliti. Il wi-fi funziona molto bene. Zona tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere in pochi minuti la linea 7 della metro. Il proprietario mi ha fornito tutte le istruzioni dettagliate per accedere nella struttura e ha risposto molto rapidamente ad ogni dubbio, è stato molto disponibile.

La zona è tranquilla e con diversi negozi, supermercati e bar. È molto vicino a una fermata metro che permette di raggiungere il centro in 30/40 minuti (non è poco, ma la metro è comoda). Il proprietario di casa è reattivo, gentile, disponibile e molto celere nelle risposte.
