Huoneisto, 5 kerros. Samassa kerroksessa ei ole muita huoneistoja. Asunnon sijainti on hyvä, vähäliikenteisen kadun varrella. Ulko-oven edessä taxi asema, bussi nro 7 lähtee ja tulee aivan ( 20m ) asunnon lähelle. Muutama suurehko Mercado lähellä sekä pari muuta pientä ruokakauppaa. Pakasteruokia myyvä kauppa aivan lähellä. Pikaruokapaikat ( hampurilaiset ja kebab ) vieressä, kahvilat ja jäätelöbaari. Voin suositella kyseistä huoneistoa sekä isäntää.

Sijainti oli aivan ihastuttava, vanhan kaupungin sydämessä lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä nähtävyyksistä. Huoneisto oli mukavan tilava, kylpyhuone kaunis, sisäpiha ihana. Lasta varten pyydetyt sänky ja syöttötuoli olivat huoneistossa kuten pitikin. Henkilökunnan sai hyvin kiinni whatsappilla.
