Cozy cottages with a stunning view of the lake and surrounding mountains. The perfect place for a quite and peaceful getaway from the city. From the cottage there are several hiking trails you can choose from, and within a 10min drive you can get on the Salamander train to reach the top of the Schneeberg. The cottage itself was very clean, and there was even firewood available to make a cozy fire in the evenings. The restaurant has reduced opening hours because we were there off-season, but we very much enjoyed our dinner there as well. We will be back for sure!

The location was amazing and the place itself was spectacular. It was a little old-fashioned but very comfortable and cozy. We got unlucky with the weather but it didn't stop us from enjoying our stay.

We liked pretty much everything - there were 2 cats, location was very quiet in a local farmers' village, the house itself is equipped with a full-sized kitchen and dining area, plus 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds together in each bedroom. Really nothing not to like about this house.

The host was incredible, she greeted us the next day, gave us some hints together with wonderful area guide in "book" version. The apartament was really neat, spacious and everything we needed was here.

A house in the middle of a forrest surrounded by beautiful nature. The house lies next to a river and just hundred meters away from the entrance point to an idylliic ravine. If you like hiking, even the 60 min walk from the train station through the forrest to the accomodation is very pleasant.
