The interior, atmosphere, design, staff were all perfect, just like in the pictures. The lounge area was very nice. The noise was tolerable.

It is not a hotel it is just a building for citizens. And the host said us not to tell anyone about it and that we should say that we stayed there because we were her friends. Also added me because of that on Facebook. Also we saw some advertising that looked like that there were penalties if you rent your home to tourists.

Brilliant set up at Neveu Premier Residence which could fit all 8 of us. Besides 100% clean and comfy, owner was very attentive towards visitors' needs. Multiple universal adaptors were provided for phone charging, washing machine was equipped with detergent and plenty of clothes hangers. Bathrooms were squeaky clean and off course the entire house was well maintained. Residence is just walking distance to MRT, very easy access to other part of the cities. My aunts had so much good words about Neveu Premier Residence and this will remain our 1st choice of accommodation whenever we travel to Bangkok.

Staff are very accommodating and kind, place is very clean and spacious. Nice view for the fireworks. Kitchen is complete with great sets of plates and utensils
