Furniture as new. The building has high ceilings, looks recently renovated and very well maintained. The shower is american style - just the head mounted on the wall without the handheld part - personally I prefer it this way but worth mentioning. Would return for sure.

There was also a kitchenette and fridge. When you arrive you get a free glass of wine. Bathroom was clean and comfortable. The location was amazing, within 1 minute you're in the middle of the city centre, but when you're in the room there's no noise from outside.
