He not only empathized with our ordeal but also went above and beyond by extending our stay to replace the missed night, at no additional cost. It’s not just the amenities or the location that makes a hotel outstanding, but the human connection and support during times of need. Native Bankside made us feel welcomed and valued. The location is also wonderful, and getting there is a few minutes by bus from the central train station (then 2 min walk).

The reception staff were very helpful and they would go out of their way to help the guests and I would rate them 10/10. If I get the chance for another visit to London I would definitely comeback to Cove Landmark Pinnacle and I have already recommended it to some of my friends.

Set in Ruislip, 18 km from Croydon, Carolyn’s Place offers free WiFi. There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and a hairdryer. Jeanne is really an amazing host. Did not get to meet her, but she was so helpful and replied to anything quickly. I so loved this place, and I shall ALWAYS want to stay here, wherever I keep visiting. Absolutely happily satisfied.
