Staff was excellent as they were always available and eager to make as comfortable from reception to the check out. Executive apartment has a large and clean bedroom. The living room is spacious - even better than in the photos. Kitchen and bathroom are modern and very well established. Apartment is a short walk to both to tram stop and central train station. Neighboorhood is vibrant with full of shops and eateries.

The location was great, the apartment was clean and the building had a very authentic feel. More importantly, Farida is simply amazing! From the moment I arrived, her warm smile instantly brightened my day. She’s been incredibly helpful throughout my stay. App-Art is located in the Nice City Centre district of Nice, 300 metres from Plage Blue Beach, 500 metres from Plage Voilier and 1.3 km from Avenue Jean Medecin. Amazing owner and staff, great location, nice price and super cozy accomodation and interior. The bed is for beauty sleep, slept so well in it! My next visit in Nice will be here.
