The residence owners, Giuseppe & Francesca, are really nice and went above and beyond to accommodate any extra requests we had during our stay. The apartment itself was clean, had air conditioning and was equipped with all basic kitchen appliances. Free parking is also available within the residence premises. The residence location is amazing: you literally just have to cross the street to reach the nearest beach. The most iconic beach ("La Spiaggia dei 300 scalini") is within walking distance and you can get to the town center with a short drive (approx 10 minutes). Sperlonga with its beautiful historic town center is also a few minutes drive away from the accommodation and definitely worth visiting!

Te papereres de reciclatge, rentadora, safareig, rentavaixelles, wc, draps de cuina, tovalloles de bany i de dutxa, taula de planxa, etc. Hi ha 2 lavabos, 1 amb dutxa i 1 amb banyera. L’atenció del propietari, simpàtic i agradable.
