The staff is very kind and helpful, the apartments are modern, clean and well maintained. The location is perfect, great beach nearby, close to the historical city centre. Breakfasts on the terrace are very pleasant.

Our apartment was extremely comfortable and well outfitted with a good kitchen area adjacent to a small living room space. The bathroom was large with a nice shower. The bedroom was of an adequate size with a very comfortable queen bed. Everything was extremely clean. Our host was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast in an adjoining restaurant was very nice. We would definitely recommend this hotel and it was in close proximity to the cruise ship port in Chiaggio.

Towels in the room, new kitchen, new floor, comfortable beds, soap and shower shampoo in the bathroom. Balcony large enough. The lady at reception was nice and ready to help. The beach very close to the appartments, beach service included.

Location, free bicycles, free laundromat. Fully equipped kitchen. Lots of playgrounds for kids, different stores nearby. Old town within walking distance. Private gated parking. Gentleman at reception does awesome job managing the hotel! Thank you for an amazing stay! we love this area of Italy..last year exactly at this time we were in Lido di Jesolo, Grado in Spring and now Sottomarina….just great!

Everything is close to the apartment, grocery store, bakery, restaurants and the beach. There are washing salon only 2 min away from the apartment so you can wash used clothes, with washing machine and tumbler, it takes 30 min for washing and 12min for tumbling, 6 euros for washing and 2 euro for tumbler. The parking next to it, has a charging station for 4 electric cars but you need your own plug for it. You have a forest park behind the apartment where you can take a walk. The parking on the apartment has 4 parkings below trees, so I would recommend to take a tree resin remover with you, to remove stains on the car, 10km away is a few car wash stations if you need it.
