It was more than I thought. A lot of space, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms on second floor, laundry. Wow! Thank you for our staying!

I had stayed in a different apartment in this property in 2008. I wanted to return and stay in an apartment with a lagoon view so we did. It was fabulous. The view cannot be beat. We all preferred the Lido location to Venice itself. The property is very well appointed and has everything you could want. Katja and Roberto are very helpful.

We had a lovely stay in residence la Fenice .. it was clean central and easy access to every where .. staff came every morning and emptied our bins and put water in the fridge & cookies . Had a great stay in La Fenice.. apartments were really quiet .would recommend it

Just a minute’s walk from Rialto Bridge on the Grand Canal, the location was great. The apartment was newly renovated quite beautifully. Everything was provided for and there was staff available during the day to help you check in.

Our apartment was over one of the most used channels by gondoliers. Gondolas passed every few minutes. With the Venetian style in the rooms, we experienced Venice as we desired.
