Everything was great! Very helpful and polite staff, clean room with all the necessary amenities, nice breakfast and the location was 6 mins walk from the old port. If we go back to Spetses, we will go to the same hotel.

This is a lovely hotel--I would return to Spetzes just for the privilege of staying there. The location is excellent—about a 7 minute walk from the port, easy enough, and near lovely restaurants, walking distances from a very nice beach and near the busses if one wants to go to other parts of the island. The room is spacious, with a lovely outdoor sitting area; there's a small pool with lounge chairs in a garden, where the breakfast/bar area is. The hospitality was wonderful—helpful, warm, friendly. The breakfast was hearty and varied for every taste. There is a mini bar in the room and we had fresh bottles of water everyday and the housekeeping was excellent.

Today's owner Mr. Apostolos bought the property in 1985, an abandoned mansion dating back to 1830 where, with much love and passion, he refurbished it according to the style and colors of the island and turned it into a small Paradise.

What an absolute treat to stay at this lovely hotel! Everything was so wonderful from the location, the room, the breakfast and the exceptional owners and staff. I wished our stay was longer and it was so hard to leave. Spetses is a beautiful island full of flowers and very good restaurants, bars and shops. A boat trip around the island is a MUST as some of the inaccessible beaches are so beautiful. This feels like an unspoiled and authentically Greek island with so much charm.
