The room was very clean , we could not hear anything going on outside considering our room was on the side of the hotel beside a busy road. The deposit of 400 pounds seemed to be a lot but It was refunded to my card within 2 days .

There's private parking right outside and we appreciated the lift for taking in our luggage and shopping. It's well equipped for self catering and not far from Moseley where there are lots of nice restaurants and cafes. The owner Charlie promptly answered our questions and gave us excellent check in instructions. Would highly recommend.

The kitchen and utensils were clean and a pleasure to use, bathroom plumbing was excellent, and bedding was very comfortable. Communication was excellent throughout.
