He called to explain the details of the reservation and ensure we would chek in ok and provide the access code we needed. The facilities are great, felt safe and the amenities at the loby too. Bakery and a couple eateries downstairs. Across the street is a local mall with Auchan which is a huge supermarket. This is where local Parisans live.

The apartment was clean and modern, the staff very helpful, waiting for us late in the evening so that we could check in. Aldi just downstairs which was very convenient, great view from 8th floor. Very decently connected with the city center.

Room was small but comfortable, location was great only a 3 minute walk to the metro, free tea and coffee, fitness centre, paid washing machines, friendly staff, modern room with cooking facilities. Lots of patisseries, restaurants and a few small grocery shops close as well.
