The room had all the amenities you could wish for. It was absolutely spotless. Even the floor was clean - no dirty socks after moving around! Everything in the room was new and of high quality. Nice view. Pool area was also kept very clean. Nice size pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. They all had a super positive attitude. The staff clearly work very hard to keep the Night times quiet for the early birds when the night owls are returning from their parties. We had no disruption at all.

I like the location, the staff were amazingly friendly, top floor with amazing sea views, great value for money, comfortable bed and pillow, all basic amenities needed for self catering.

we loved location 2 mins from beach bars and restaurants The hotel is Faultless from rooms Staff and Food .I will definately be Rebooking another stay with my family.Thes water slides and play area are fab .One Happy customer 🙂

היינו בדירת גן , המלון בצורה אובלית הבריכה באמצע כך שרוב היום אנחנו קרובים לילדים עם נוף של בריכה, והחדר אוכל לצד הבריכה, מאוד נח לתחנת האוטובוס שקרובה מרחק של 100 מטר לכל כיוון בפאלמה , חשוב להדגיש אנחנו אוהבים לנסוע במוניות אבל אין מונית ל5 אנשים והם מאוד שומרים על הכללים האילו , האיזור משגע עם מסעדות נהדרות , המיקום מושלם 150 מטר מהחוף , לא לפספס את הדולפינריום ופארק המיים שקרובים 3 קלומטר משם היינו 4 לילות הייתי נשאר לפחות עוד 2 לילות , בטוח שנחזור לפאלמה נובה , זה האיזור היותר יוקרתי בפאלה למי שלא מכיר, המקום מושלם למשפחות ולצעירים, האיזור נקי מאוד ושופע חופים נהדרים,עם אטרקציות מיים למינהם,

The Hotel is perfect. It is well equipped, very clean, has many fun staff for kids - mini Aquapark, kids club, evening kids entertainment programs. The food is delicious in the buffet, so it is good to have half-board or all-inclusive. The hotel is located very close to the beach, so we enjoyed the sea everyday. Thanks a lot to the Hotel’s management.
