The service is great especially thanks to the WhatsApp to reach staff easily with prompt response! The room is very clean and spacious. Located in a nice-looking area in the middle of mountain ( hill ) giving the impression that you are really in LA🤓 I like the characters of the hotel complexe, more holiday style compared to other hotels with similar price on the island.

My stay was excellent. From the very good service during check in, to getting a free upgrade to a one bed apt. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My apt was clean and had everything I needed for my 5 day stay. Room was cleaned once in the middle of my stay and that was fine with me as a solo traveller I didn't mess up the place. Distance to the beach or Los Cristianos town is maybe a 20min walk downhill but there's taxi ranks just outside the hotel if you need them. WiFi speed was very good in the room. TV has several channels in different languages. Overall very pleased with the hotel and would definitely recommend and stay again.

We were self catering and the shops were very close by and well stocked. The balcony was a good size and position for the sun. The upper level balcony was ideal for breakfast/dining, or for sitting under adjustable shade. The furniture was comfortable.

We arrived a little early before our room was ready but were allowed to change and leave our luggage in a secure room which allowed us to enjoy the facilities straight away.

The kitchen was fully equipped for self-catering, with a wide range of pots, pans, utensils, with some handy items in the cupboards, i.e coffee, washing up liquid, spices etc. We would not hesitate to return to this accommodation in the future.
