What an amazing customer service delivered from each of the employees. This hotel exceeded my expectations, I've stayed in several hotels since 13 years ago and this one was wonderful. The housekeeping team is doing an excellent job keeping the rooms clean. The hotel hallways smells really pleasant. Patricia, Teresa and all the reception staff were very friendly and showing professionals attitude, helpful team!. Breakfast was good as well (I loved the omelette). A pharmacy (crossing the street), 2 gas station and a restaurant within a walking distance. Thank you very much for everything and I would love to stay there again on my next Toluca visit.
