Amazing hotel stay before my flight the next day! Check in was super speedy and I was kindly given a free room upgrade from the super friendly check in staff. Room was massive and had all the facilities I needed. The highlight of the stay was the top notch dinner buffet which has a huge selection of food and desserts. Highly recommend the Grand Hyatt Incheon and will for sure be back in the near future!

There is a seven11 beside reception for drinks and snacks. Room is huge.

It was very clean and comfortable and close to the airport. Very handy for a long layover which was my situation. When I was there in March it was very cold but my room was warm and comfortable. The heating pad on the bed is a nice touch. And I was greated by a friendly front desk person.

The staff we interacted with were all amazing & helpful and thankfully spoke excellent English which was a lovely surprise as my Korean is limited to numbers, hello & thank you. We loved it here.
