Iocation seemed okay had a strange man walking around at night was saying that my fiance was responsible for the 9/11 incidents . Kinda scared us but we locked the door and didn't have any other issues.

The bed was fine. The restaurant was not. Breakfast buffet at $11.95 should have been free for the little it offered. We ordered from the hot menu instead, but the woman cook pulled the eggs and sausage from the buffet! Not cooked fresh to order. When we complained to the waitress, the cook yelled at us for complaining! The waitress had to apologize that we heard that. There are plenty of hotels around here, I’ll try another next time.

We always stop overnight in Bristol when traveling up I-81. We always stay in Motel 6 because of their pet policy. There are numerous eating establishments on the immediate area along with a Wal-Mart in case we need anything. All very convenient.

We were there for a wedding on a farm that our sister moved to 2 years ago and we spent most of our time during the day there. We did run errands for items they needed last minute. GPS helped us find what they needed.

Bristol is not only a "good Place To Live," but a nice place to visit. The 21st Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion was great event that drew a large and mellow crowd, and had an excellent musical lineup.

Bristol has come a long way towards becoming a tourism destination. It hosts a major music festival along its main street each fall {Bristol Rhythm and Roots Revival}, and has a surprising number of bars and eateries. The Bristol Hotel has a very nice roof bar that is accessible to all comers.

So, I have been to Bristol twice.
So, I have been to Bristol twice. Seems like a nice enough place. I went specifically for the new Hard Rock Casino to be (currently called "Bristol Casino"). The only thing that caught my attention is that after a bit of late-night gambling, there is only ONE place open 24 hours - that's a Hardee's, and they only serve breakfast.
It's odd that a town that has a major interstate running through it only has ONE freaking 24 hour restaurant. Anyway, maybe one day I will go check out the other stuff there, but, honestly, probably not. Casino is about the only thing entertainment-wise that I know of there.
From the moment we walked in the door I loved this hotel. The front desk attendant welcomed us with a smile and was more than helpful. We were in town for a concert for 4 days. Our first night we all hang out in the lobby and they never once bothered us. They have Starbucks coffee, a grill and beverages downstairs. Pool and hot tub. Beds were very comfortable and thr curtains kept out all light. I can't say enough good things about this hotel
Great location. Convenient to both Bristol VA and Bristol TN. This is a no frills place to stay. The staff is exceptional and the bed is comfortable. There is no breakfast - please don’t complain that there wasn’t one provided as the description clearly indicates that there is no breakfast offered. These are nice people offering a convenient place to stay
Good location right off of the Interstate. The property was what you would realistically expect for an inexpensive hotel - a bit older, some of the "edges" being a little worn and tired, basics-only with the amenities, and the such. Easy to find parking, easy to get in and out of, right down the road from lots of food choices and stores.
Location was great! When we arrived, we entered the parking lot via the back side of the hotel & it looked a little shady. The parking lot is not in very good condition. The lobby was nice & front desk people were friendly. The inside of the room looked a whole lot better than the outside! It was very clean, modern, & comfortable!
The hotel isn’t new but it was clean. Once you walk in your room it smells like they took their time cleaning it. They do have a few people that live in a few of the rooms so you smell cooking but once in your room it goes away. There was cameras at every door so I fault very safe.
This motel is fairly new, and is close to Exit 7 on I-81. Downtown Bristol is reached easily by car taking taking I-18 west one exit, or by taking Route 11 into downtown. My room was large, although pretty barren. I asked for, and received, a top-floor room that was quiet.
What did I like-- how about just about EVERYTHING! Parking was great, location is EXCELLENT, check in was quick and easy. Hallways and rooms are immaculate and the shower is OMG. The bed was comfy and the TV was huge. Loved the music themed decor throughout the hotel.
This was a no frills room, but clean and comfortable. We were traveling with our dog and honestly, floors vs carpets are the way to go in a pet friendly hotel. They appear much cleaner and you don’t have a strong, musty odor. I would stay here again.
It was a great stay over there. Easy access from i81. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. There was a TV and coffee maker in the room. Internet was very fast.
I highly recommend this hotel.
Very old, probably why it’s the cheapest in Bristol, the room was clean, furniture was well used but sufficiently supplied.
It would be a good place for workers on a budget.
Very nice and clean hotel with an exceptional restaurant and rooftop bar. Every staff member we encountered was extremely pleasant and helpful. It was a great place to stay.
The things we liked most was the location, rate, no carpet in the room. I like the fact the several hotels are getting rid of carpet in the rooms and making them tile.
