This was a very last minute booking and we were very pleasantly surprised. The location was out in the beautiful countryside but only about 10 minutes off the expressway, so very convenient. We arrived more than an hour before check-in time but Tina and Simon and family were very gracious to welcome us, and give us access to the apartment.
This family was amazing! We arrived on a Sunday and the only nearby restaurant was closed. Our hosts were grilling on the terrace behind our apartment and very generously invited us to join them. It was so lovely to not only share a meal with them but also to be able to spend time getting to know them. Everyone speaks English which made our visit all the more enjoyable.
The apartment was spotless and had a full kitchen, and a big bath with a washer in the event that you need to do laundry. The bedroom and living room were spacious and comfy. Our stay was very pleasant and I would highly recommend this lovely booking!

Excellent location and facilities. We had the apartment in the back of the house, it had everything we needed for cooking and plenty of space.
We were a group of 3 couples, two who stayed in double rooms in the main house. The apartment and outdoor patio was perfect for us to meet for happy hour before heading out for dinner.
As for location, restaurants in town and shuttles to the cave and to the castle were less than a 10 minute walk.
