Clean accommodations in a good location, about 10 minute walk from the port and 15 from the bus station. Right next to the major shopping and restaurant area. The street felt very safe, and the staff was very welcoming. Great breakfast spread included - not just a couple of bagels like some other places!

This hotel is very convenient for the ferry port which is the main reason why I booked it. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, there was plenty of variety of food available all freshly laid out and the restaurant was clean and tidy. Wonderful view from our room.

Kusadasi is a resort town, catering to the cruise ships. Restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. We were only there to get to Esphesus, which is a great half-day trip. We also went on a very inexpensive sunset cruise. It's good for a day or two.

A tour to Ephesus is a must.
A tour to Ephesus is a must. I also did a gulet day trip to 3 different coves on Türkiye coast which was fabulous. Also caught the local bus to Selçuk and Sirince. The museum at Selçuk was very interesting plus the St John Basilica. Sirince is nice to spend a couple of hours.
Also a day trip to archeological sites: Didyma, Miletos and Priene in my opinion is a must too.

The locals are so friendly the food was amazing and the service is brilliant Kusadasi it’s self is stunning but only a short trip can bring you to other fab places which we want to return to see
Yes there are a lot of shops and the vendors want you in but we were never harassed by any of them in fact they were very helpful when you couldn’t find a place
Only downside a lot of street dogs and cats but they are mostly harmless and don’t come near you I’m afraid of dogs but I actually got use to them and they are well looked after by all the locals I felt very safe walking around by myself during the day

Villa and pool very clean .
Villa and pool very clean .
Staff very helpful and responded quickly to any problems.
We had a few issues , shower needed attention. unit doors in kitchen needed adjusting and a few other things that should have been checked beforehand . Kitchen could have been better aquipped no toaster , welcome pack very poor also no cafe as advertised ‘this was disappointing as we were looking forward to trying the Turkish breakfast ,but all in all we had a lovely holiday .
This charming hotel is run by a lovely family. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. A short distance down the hill is the Bazaar where we shopped all day and into the night. Nice restaurants and Buddha Coffee are near by. Easy walk down hill to everything. A little more effort going up the hill back to the hotel, but worth it; even 89 year old mama was ok with it. The rooms are spacious and clean with a big bathroom. The rooftop terrace with breakfast was unique and special. We are already planning our next stay here.
The all inclusive service was perfect. The plates are made for the international guests. Some of them were too dull, but you could find special turkish meals or any other interesting ones. I appreciate that we could find sunbed easily around the silent pool. (There is a silent pool! The other one is a bit loud because of the music.) The resort is on the beach so the sea is near you room. Many possibilities of sports activity: tennis, boccia, table tennis, football, archery, darts, volleyball.
Great location for ladies beach, with all its bars and restaurants. Dolbus bottom of the road, 15Tl into Kusadasi town. The Ozgun Apart Hotel itself is a little dated, but it's clean and comfortable with fresh linen and towels as needed, there's a rooftop solarium with swimming pool with a few loungers and the family that own are all friendly and helpfull, breakfast 8 till 10am continental style, although for 350tl you can get a cooked English, we never tried, all in all a great 2 weeks.
Beautiful architectural esthetics taken into consideration for this boutique style hotel. We were grateful to be moved to a much larger suite. After some minor hiccups Mr Burak took exceptional care of us. Many thanks and lots of appreciation for making the rest of our stay memorable. We will definitely recommend this property and will return if we travel here again. Kudos to Ahmet and the team at the beach club for the wonderful service to us.
The host and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They provided all the necessary information, helped to organize boat trip, shared information about interesting surroundings.
The room was clean, good quantity of towels per person.
Everyday breakfast was tasty and fresh but the amount of food could be better.
Location of the hotel is really nice: 5 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants, 5 minutes walk to the minibus station.
The location as always is fantastic, right on the beach, good sea veiw. The room was ok- beds were clean and you get what you pay for. so on avereage it was fine. Food redeamed the hotel with lovely staff at the restaurent - shame to see a recycle of dishes coming out the next day having been out the day before in the heat but as I say overall the food was good with reasonable selection and very much a turkish style buffett.
Very nice hotel room with a fantastic sea view from the balcony. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The buffet breakfast was great. The staff helped us to park our car in front of the hotel. The location is very convenient. The hotel is on a hill but an elevator allows you to get down to the street level. From there, it is a 5 min walk to the main pedestrian zone of Kusadasi.
Excellent stay in the perfect location of Kusadasi. The staff were also incredible. Organised our transfers and morning in Ephesus. The pool area is great. We loved tea time at 5pm every day where they give you tea, homemade cakes and we learnt backgammon - and were given great strategy tips by the hotel manager! Would highly recommend!
The view was amazing and room was clean. The staff were great. They ensured our stay is comfortable and guided us directions around Kusadasi. A point to note is the hotel is located uphill… you may have to walk a lot if you dont have a car.
The breakfast items are limited but delicious…
Overall, it was a pleasant stay…
The hotel has a perfect location. It is 15 minutes walking distance from bus station where you can take busses to Ephesus, Sirince, Selcuk and other places. It is also very close to the nice beach called Ladies beach, and it is just 10 minutes away from Kusadasi Market that I suggest to visit for tourist.
Great staff. Great location. One of the most beautiful bays in Turkey.
Great, warm and kind service,
Great , Clean room
Great bed and bath.
Clean and New hotel.
Lots of facilities in the beach and in the hotel yard.
Great breakfast. Nice live band at night.
Best return to your money.
The location is perfect, in a few minutes walking you reach the centre.
The host and the hostess are very friendly and helpful.
I can recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy Kusadasi in a more small scaled and personal setting instead of staying in the bigger resorts.
Our room was very nicely positioned overlooking the beach. Perfect. Very good breakfast options. The location is fantastic. The roof pool and bar are a great place to relax through the day. Overall, a very good hotel.
The hotel is very nice. The organization of the hotel is phenomenal, there are some activities throughout the day. The staff is very friendly and cultured. I recommend this hotel to everyone who loves magical Turkey.
The breakfast each morning was varied. The location was a 20 min walk to the beaches. For the price per night it was a fine stay. More like a hostel/motel than a hotel. The room is very basic, but the AC worked.
