Kenmare is a charming, small Irish town.
Kenmare is a charming, small Irish town. We loved walking through the streets with many shops, pubs and restaurants. Both Holy Cross and St. Patrick's churches are worth a visit. Kenmare is a perfect base for driving the Ring of Kerry and visiting Killarney National Park. We had a fabulous dinner at The Coachman's pub, sitting outside on a pleasant October evening but there are many other dining options too.

Kenmare was a lovely town and the alternative B & B we found was friendly and welcoming and provided a wonderful breakfast. We stayed at Davitts for the second two nights and ate there and it was great.

Our room was very spacious and clean. We had everything we needed and Sara’s breakfast was so delicious. She even had gluten free bread! We slept great in our comfy bed and quiet room!
