Also, the host was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The staff was amazing from the front desk to the restaurant to housekeeping. All were super nice. The charm of the hotel was perfect. The room was great. Air conditioning worked great and the bathroom was plenty big. The neighborhood is great for an evening stroll and shopping is within walking distance. If visiting Milan this is the place to stay.
