Brewster Green Resort, a VRI resort, hotel in Brewster

Located just off Route 6A and occupying 17 wooded acres, this resort features a variety of sports courts and 2 pools. Nickerson State Park is less than 1 mile away.

The mini houses are beautiful. Great for family stays. Full living room, dining room, kitchen area with stove and a fridge. You can cook if you want too. There are two full bathrooms. The view in the backyard is nice. Very quiet. The whole place was clean and I'm iffy about hotels. But this one was one of the best that I have stayed at. Me and my family really enjoyed the mini house and our stay. Plenty of things for the kids to do on the grounds. Pool, park, basketball hoop, and a game room.

The Mansion at Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club, hotel in Brewster

Offering access to a private beach and both an outdoor pool and an indoor pool, The Mansion at Ocean Edge Resort and Golf Club is located in Brewster. Free WiFi access is available in this resort.

The breakfast was nice (at occean terrace). We tried to get breakfast room service one of the day and it was a mess. Couldn’t connect. When we finally did they had us wait. Ultimately, we opted out. I liked the different activities (but everything is an up charge which is different than other places). The beach area/ bar folks were working very hard.

Old Manse Inn, hotel in Brewster

Old Manse Inn is a recently renovated bed and breakfast in Brewster where guests can make the most of its garden and terrace. Wellness packages and a bicycle rental service are available for guests.

Daily two-course breakfasts, which are included in the price, are delicious and prepared by Chef Brian himself. The wait staff are interns living and working on The Cape and are all delightful, professional and great young people. If you are not the adventurous type of breakfast eater, there are several traditional options available every day to choose as an alternative. We have stayed there 3 times in recent years (and would have been more if not for Covid) and the rooms are all comfortable, super clean, beautifully decorated with antiques and wonderful amenties. This time we treated ourselves to the Lewis Bay Light Suite and it was definitely upscale, luxurious and beautiful. While you're out exploring The Cape or at the beach, the rooms are spotlessly cleaned and there is a fresh supply of homemade cookies, waters, sodas and coffees and teas replenished for all of the guests, either in your room or on each floor in the main house. We didn't make it back in time for wine and cheese in the late afternoon, but it's just nice to relax before dinner and meet up with some of the other guests.

Because we visited in January we didn't do much outdoors, though we managed to get in some beach walking, and took a side trip to P'town, which was pretty much a ghost town, but we did have a terrific lunch at a restaurant(Napi's, worth seeing) in the heart of town. Can't honestly "review" Brewster itself, due to cold weather, and closure of businesses etc.. We spent much of our outdoor time , exploring by car, in and through other nearby communities.

Nice little town central to the entire cape, with great restaurants and coffee shops. Some great take out restaurants. Ate at Sir Crickets, for seafood. Large portions, delicious, moderately priced Visited a few of the beaches, uncrossed, great for kids.

Brewster is a lovely town full of things to do and very convenient to several fun places to go. We have been going to Brewster for over 20 years from camping to staying at hotels. Its a great place for families and has lots of options for food and lodging But I would avoid the Oceans Edge properties.

Brewster is on the bay and has some of the best bayside beaches. A bonus in Brewster are the many freshwater ponds with beach areas and lifeguards. There are a number of restaurants and seafood eateries from which to chose and the Owl Coffee Roasters has the best coffee around! The Cape Cod National Park is a 15 minute ride in the car or head out on your bicycle along the Cape Cod bike trail. The state park in Brewster offers walking trails, swimming, and camping. Other towns are not far and give you a chance to visit charming towns like Chatham and Hyannis.

The Woodshed restaurant nearby was really good, much better than I had expected: its very ordinary and the menu was nothing special but when the food arrived I was delighted. I had some of the best fish and clams of our whole trip: it was fresh, unpretentious, plentiful and simply cooked. The staff were very welcoming and attentive too. The Spinnaker restaurant is more upmarket, serves great food, best to book in advance.

We liked everything about the rental ! The fact that you had extra blankets, ice packs for our cooler, a little baggie field with a sm bottle of dish soap, a sponge,a couple pods for the dishwasher and something else I can’t remember right now. And the best song ever was a blow dryer, extra towels, Little soaps, hair shampoo and conditioner even a new tooth brush. ( I didn’t open it ,it’s still there)😉 The grounds are kept up immaculately!

Brewster is a great part of the cape. The inn was lovely. The hosts were so wonderful! They thought of every detail. They were warm and welcoming. My husband and I were celebrating an anniversary. Brian and Charlie helped me order flowers. They offered chocolate covered strawberries and a cheese platter that when ready and waiting in our room. They even got happy anniversary balloons. It was the perfect place to celebrate a special event.

Best word to sum this stay up is perfect! We've never stayed in a place that was this immaculate. BEAUTIFUL landscaping. Attention to detail and making sure everything you could expect was taken care of- to the excellent breakfast offering to the sweet treats waiting for you in the afternoon (packaged for each room!) it was quite the wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend.

The staff are very nice and helpful. The grounds are lovely. The Terrace is a great area for dining with shade and a breeze when the sun is hot - and also nice in the evening. Food was very good. Looks like a great place for those who wish to use all that the resort offers and it appears to be good for families, providing activities for children.

I loved that we were about a mile's walk from the best coffee and bakery on the cape - The Snowy Owl - and that there was a bunch of walking paths around. The condo itself was adorably decorated and included a little balcony, about a million showerheads in the bathroom and a washer and dryer.
