Went to Augusta for the Womens Amatuer Tournament at Augusta National. The location of the hotel was ideal and was within walking distance of the course. We ventured into Broad Street was was run down, looked unsafe and poor. Was told by locals that the area was going through a transition and new businesses were opening up improving the area. I hope this continues. Was also told there were nicer areas in Augusta to visit however we didn't get the opportunity to seek these out.

Lovely stay. Will definitely come back here. Great value and service. The staff members were friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. They worked with me and my situation. Location-wise, the motel is convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Right off the highway, central location to good food, shopping, grocery, etc.

I wish that we would not have stayed in Augusta for the night. It was late and a last minute decision. But our experience is only a reflection of our hotel stay. We did not really experience the town.

The area is nice.
The area is nice. Liked the different choices of restaurants. People seemed friendly. Didn't like the gas prices, normally it's cheaper there than back in Decatur, not this time. Still would have made the trip. Loved eating at the Outback resturant. If your there for a single purpose traveling in the area seemed easy enough. If you like roller skating or bowling enjoy.

The hotel was a disaster. It looks nothing like its photos.
The hotel was a disaster. It looks nothing like its photos. It seems to be in the process of major renovations., Which I understand. But there is no excuse for renting rooms which are barely habitable. If there had been any other option open to us, we would have left on seeing the rooms. But it is master's week in Augusta, so we had no other option but to stay. We will NEVER stay at another Motel 6 again.
Amazing revived older home right near the heart of Downtown Augusta--each room was decorated uniquely and comfortably, and named after important women in Augusta's history. One of the owners, Melinda, greeted me personally and was so cordial and friendly. The downstairs pub is a treat and I was so sorry I was too tired to enjoy the live music in person. I absolutely plan on coming back to enjoy this "Bed & Bar" !! Great value for the location, and you get to experience a piece of Augusta history!
Went to Augusta to see Masters, place is very nice, clean, quiet and with good proximity to city. Ron the manager was so nice from start to finish, I came after their business hours, but Ron was always responsive on the phone, explained to me where I will find keys clearly and after my trip also gave me a ride to airport which he didn’t have to, but did because the taxi demand during Masters was crazy. Very very happy overall and will stay in this hotel again if I am in Augusta.
10/10. I’ve been to hundreds of hotels and wasn’t expecting anything above average for a random hotel in Augusta during a road trip. But this hotel is going way up there on my list. Seriously, between the delicious affordable food and great drinks served by the sweetest bartender, it doesn’t get better. Not to mention how large our room was and how clean! And I didn’t hear anything from inside our room, it’s well insulated. Overall a shockingly wonderful stay. Great job!
Everything was top notch. All the staff from the front desk, to the cleaning staff and all essential workers were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and the beds were soo comfortable. I wanted to take one of the beds home with me. Cleanliness of the hotel was very good. High five to all the staff members for a job well done. You represent the Best Western Hotel Plus Augusta North brand very well. See you all on my next trip to Augusta.
I have stayed several times and like the concept of the two bedrooms.
Teresa, the asst GM is an absolute gem, truly. She is the reason we keep
Staying there rather than somewhere else in Augusta. There is another front desk lady who is also lovely and helpful and kind. I forget her name, but she was on duty on Friday morning.
I am a travel nurse and was in town for my first travel assignment. My husband and I were very satisfied with the service we received from the staff during our extended stay. The room was clean, and the large space exceeded our expectations for the price. We will definitely stay again if we are ever in Augusta again.
Staff was nice, environment was friendly, and hotel is in a convenient location around everything. I loved it was a little store inside which made it convenient for me to purchase small items like pills for my headache! Beer selection was nice (should add more wine cooler drink selections & Chardonnay wine).
This looks like quite a new hotel. Spacious, clean, comfortable room with full refrigerator, microwave, kitchen as well as bathroom sink and dishwasher! Very cushy bed, big bathroom and the staff was friendly, helpful and extremely competent.
The full size fridge in the room was a great sight. , The Wifi connection was excellent. Locations was great as it's close to the interstate. All in all the price was best I got for the facilities in Augusta.
It was an inexpensive hotel to stay in while I waited to join my family at another rental later in the week. It also was within walking distance of where the Groome airport shuttle drops you off in Augusta.
I had a great experience during my stay at this Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Augusta. The staff was great and very friendly. The beds were so comfortable. The room and bathroom was very cleaned.
Came with my friends and my son to go to the Masters. Hotel was very close to gate. It was clean, water was hot for showers. If I get to go back to the Masters, I would stay there again.
We really liked the location of the hotel. It's located in a quiet area and was not very far from places we were visiting. Front desk and cleaning staff were very helpful to meet our needs.
Very quirky room, much better than being in a hotel chain bland room. The access to the bar was also a real bonus.
The room and the sitting area were very good and spacious.
