Perfect place for both a short and a longer holiday - musts are the Roman forum and at least the nearby history museum and art gallery. The Neolithic dwellings museum is a walking distance away from the centre. The pedestrian and bazaar areas are full of nice cafes and restaurants. I'm guessing people have a specific reason to go there. I had one, which was travelling and performing with the choir I'm in. I really liked Stara Zagora and I would go back again. Lots of parks and green spaces. Lovely cafes and restaurants. Really useful market and shops. Lots of walks to go on. Easy to get to countryside.

I was there for 1 night for business. The hotel is in a horrible place between a building site, a housing estate and behind a damp yard and a dilapidated facade. It looks nothing like on the photo and the proprietors should be fined for deformation. I hwve taken photographs as an evidence. However, I know the booking.com will do nothing to refind my money, so i am not going to fight for my losses. I am a business partner on booking.com and my rooms are impeccable and luxurious compared to this hotel.

Stara Zagora is a very clean city.
Stara Zagora is a very clean city. The city centre is well maintained. The Ayazmoto park is wonderful, with lots of facilities for the kids. A rope garden route for the kids in the park is for free. The zoo is nice, with lots of animals in well maintained cages and yards. People are friendly and helping. You have a feeling of being welcome to Stara Zagora.
The location is easily found on Google maps. The host was very helpful. He waited for us although we came late in the evening. Very polite and hospitable. The location is in the northern site of the city, but there are coffee shops and restaurants at a walking distance (5-10 minutes) away.
In the apartment you have everything you need: refrigerator (working), cooker with oven, cutlery, kitchenware etc.
The Zoo is very close (around 1-1,5 km) - recommended to be visited.
The location is excellent. Walking distance to the main pedestrian area with all the shopping and food. Excellent size rooms with balcony. The hotel is 4 stories and there is an elevator. Very clean and well maintained. We didn't see a single bug. The housekeeping lady was very sweet and wouldn't even accept a tip for bringing us extra towels to the room. The whole staff was great. Everyone spoke English. We would absolutely stay again.
The flat surprises with its huge terrace! It is on the first floor above a medical centre - a rather new building in a very quiet street. A Parking space was easily found on the street in front of the house. We had everything we need: a kitchen, an AC, enough space for our family + our little dog. The location is really good, walking distance to some really nice places in Stara Zagora!
A fantastic place to stay in the centre of Stara Zagora very well renovated to a high standard (the music in the shower room is a nice touch)
Just a short walk to Billa for provisions and the same distance if you want shopping or a place to eat .Communication was excellent finding the building, and the onsite parking is a bonus. We will 100% be back to stay
Pleasantly surprised by the Dream. Clean, nicely decorated and well appointed hotel. Big rooms and big beds. Nice helpful lady at the reception desk.
Restaurant with indoor / outdoor dining and an extensive menu. Breakfast options - Bulgarian or English. CCTV monitored car parking. Great value for money, cheap can be cheerful 😁
Everything was superlative, the room was big and beautiful, very clean and quiet. I parked at the location, which is right in the center of the city. The restaurant has a well-chosen menu and fast service. The restaurant and hotel staff are very communicative and eager to help the guests.
We will be back!
Great location. Stylish decor. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice touches like coffee making in the room. Value for money. Many visiting celebrities stay at FOX Rooms and you can see why. There is no lift, so it may not necessarily be the best choice in Stara Zagora for someone with mobility issues.
Perfect location in the city center of Stara Zagora this hotel is an ideal choice for either a personal or business stay. The breakfast was fantastic, the room was big and comfortable and the staff was really kind. I would definitely chose it for my next travel.
Everything is fresh new. Friendly staff.Very clean room , warm that is excellent during winter (good AC )
Big smart TV, internet. The bathroom is absolutely the best I visited recently.
You have even small fast food in the same building.I recommend this hotel.
I really liked that the staff could remotely open the door for us as we arrived very late in the night. We found a really spatious, comforrable and clean room perfect for 1 night while being in transit. I recommend this hotel for longer stays also.
