The staff were friendly. Located just off the QEW so easy to find. Seemed clean generally. It was quite quiet despite being just off the highway. The shower stall appeared to be relatively new.

The room was very clean and I had a great view of the lake from my windows. I must say it was super quiet. Although there were other rooms occupied, it was very quiet and relaxing.

We liked having two separate rooms, with a television in each one. We also appreciated the kitchen... nice to have a full fridge to keep our drinks/water cold, and to store our leftovers. We also liked that it is walking distance from the Outlet malls, and a close drive in to see shows at The Shaw Festival.

Great area to explore if you're visiting Niagara Falls.
Great area to explore if you're visiting Niagara Falls. Tons of wineries around (we partook of a flight & popcorn at Henry of Pelham), farm stands (Promistery is a must), easy hikes, hanging on the southern shores of Lake Ontario. Port Dalhousie is quaint. Patio Andaluz, the Mexican joint serves a kickin' pitcher of Sangria and excellent chocolaty mole.

We were there for a concert - less than 24 hours. However, I've never been to St. Catharines and thought it was much larger, and pleasantly surprised it was not. We were only at the hotel and the Meridian Centre to see Chris de Burgh - which was really wonderful!
We did spend the afternoon in Niagara on the Lake. A Twenty minute drive to world class theatre, a charming downtown filled with unique shops and restaurants. The scent of fresh baked goodies and chocolate permeated the air.

Not a whole lot in St.
Not a whole lot in St. Catherines itself for me but it is not far from Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake, wine country, micro breweries, the highway to Hamilton, Toronto, Niagara etc. I really do not do much right in St. Catherines but there are a few good restaurants and decent malls. It’s in a great location for access to sone great areas and attractions.

Be sure to bring an umbrella.
Be sure to bring an umbrella.
Please don’t bring very small (under age 3), on lake boat trips especially in spring or fall.
A 3 year old boy was brought back by his parents but he was hypothermic with ice cold hands and feet, had been traveling for 9 days. He was most likely very tired but his parents were scared when he was unresponsive in the restaurant. After jostling his chest and saying loudly, “Baby are you OK? Are you OK? He finally woke up but he was very wet, cold and exhausted. He scared his parents and needed warm dry clothes, a clean diaper and hugs from parents, and more lsleep this day.
We attended a graduation at Niagara College and spent the night in the hotel to be able to attend the ensuing celebration in St.Catharines and go across the border the following day. clean, comfortable andcoThe hotel was super clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Everything was impeccable and the room had everything we could need. Great bathroom, comfortable beds and very good wifi connection. We overslept and missed breakfast but there’s a Perkins branch beside the hotel and that was not only convenient but a nice plus.
The apartment was immaculate. A choice of pillows, nice snacks, and cold drinks.
It was a bit difficult to find light switches in the bedroom, and to adjust the temperature.
Great parking. Well located to downtown Saint Catherine’s and to the QEW Highway.
You access the apartment from exterior stairs, which may be an issue for some guests and in the winter
The Juniper is a lovely boutique hotel, great location in the heart of Port Dalhousie. Beautiful views of the lake, exceptionally high ceilings, charming and fun decor and very quiet due to exceedingly thick walls.. The room was very clean and bedding was lovely, soft and very, very comfortable. I will happily stay at the Juniper anytime I am in the area.
Loved it. Unique concept, small boutique type hotel with no front desk/self check in. The Cactus room was really spacious, great bathroom, very clean with fun decor. The hosts were available and quick to reply during our stay. Great coffee shop and restaurants steps away. Will have to return during the summer.
The small snack offerings for breakfast turned out to be more than adequate. I did not miss the lack of coffee which was not expected for the hotel price. The room was super clean and a bed with several real pillows made for a comfortable stay. A bonus was a nice view of the creak from the room.
The accommodation is spacious, clean and comfortable. It is equipped with a kitchen and living room and includes a parking space. Using password lock to enter and is located close to downtown. The laundry facilities are just outside the door. It is absolutely worth it at this price.
Kitchen was well stocked so cooking was a great option.
I loved the shady porch! I loved the central location and close access to the downtown area and shopping centres.
I loved the openness and brightness of this charming apt.
The hotel was perfectly accessible and right off the highway. Easy access to the Niagara Region and minutes away from wineries. The pet-friendly policy is what drew us to the hotel and we would stay there again because of it.
Location was perfect for us. Quick walk to the downtown core where the hosts had made multiple recommendations for restaurants. The place was very clean and looks exactly like the photos.
Immediately when you walk in you could smell how clean it was. Definitely the 'inn' was the cleanest one I have ever stayed in, normally I steer clear of inns and motels.
