The woman who checked us in was so sweet and friendly. The hotel is in a great location and has beautiful views. You also have random guests (baboons) that come to hang out with you on your deck lol.

We felt like in a family. Super friendly and quite.
Loved Kalk Bay. We were very pleased that we had decided to stay here rather nearer to Cape Town city centre. There were lots of shops, bars and restaurants to choose from, it is close to Boulders Beach and close to the Zandvlei parkrun, which we did on the Saturday morning. We felt very safe there.

Kalk Bay is beautiful seaside village where everyone just gets on and gets along. A lovely mix of bohemian market feel, seaside quality and amazing beaches on my favourite stretch of the greater Cape Town coast.

DIVINE!
DIVINE! Eclectic, quirky and just too much to explore with regards to the beautiful shops, galleries and restaurants in one day. A must visit place for overseas visitors to see as it is a more old side scene of Cape Town with so much more heritage than the modern Cape Town city centre and other more bustling suburbs, with its cobbled narrow streets and beautiful old buildings and homes. Let's not forget the beach or tidal pools and plenty of adventure sea opportunities literally right on your doorstep. I come form Cape Town and going to Kalk Bay always make me feels like I have gone on holiday to another city. By far one of my favourite spots in Cape Town.

Kalk Bay is a beautiful little seaside fishing village about a 45 minute drive from Cape Town. The seaside town is filled with great seafood restaurants, quirky pubs, antique shops and artisans selling their wares. The town can best be described as a village with a chilled, bohemian vibe. It's a perfect getaway to chill out and enjoy a weekend away.

Quirky and vibey little sea side village with many great places to eat, interesting shops for browsing and great beaches. The working harbour is interesting and a perfect place to buy fish straight off the boats.
Everything is close by so no need to drive around of struggle for parking.
What an amazing space in an amazing location. Such a treat to wake up to the sunrise and watch the sunset over the beautiful coastal view. We loved going for a run every morning and stopping for breakfast in Kalk Bay. The town is absolutely charming and everyone so friendly and we were spoilt for choice when it came to shopping or grabbing a bite to eat.
This property is in the heart of Kalk Bay, Cape Town's most vibrant, bohemian suburb. The views are breathtaking. You can step out your door and go to some of the best restaurants and cafes in the city, or pop across the road for a swim in a tidal pool.
Clive and Goodnews as our hosts were simply fabulous and made our stay extremely pleasant indeed. Perfectly positioned guest house with oodles of charm and Kalk Bay with all its character was divine. We will be back
Fantastic location in beautiful Kalk Bay. Close to restaurants and shops. Garage on the property for parking a big plus. Excellent choice for self catering with plenty of space. Louise an excellent host.
The quiet, comfortable room in busy Kalk Bay, a few minutes walk from the harbour restaurants. A private little garden with a fountain. Private, gated parking.
I apprechiated the handhold shower, not very common.
Stylish & airy apartment in the heart of Kalk Bay. Only a short walk away from all the restaurants and the beach. Daphne is super welcoming and charming hostess, Would stay there again for sure!
Fantastic view over the sea, perfect location (in the Center of Kalk Bay), incredible apartment and a very friendly and helpful host (Jean you are great 👍)
