The idyllic setting was the perfect respite midway thru our journey. The views were gorgeous, the hotel was quiet, welcoming and the meals were fantastic. Caesar , who greeted us on arrival and was always on hand to call a taxi or answer questions made this visit most memorable. He is a gem and we look forward to our next visit .

Personable staff, friendly and helpful.. This hotel has been in the family for over a hundred years! The history incredible ... Including devastation of the town during WW II. Loved being next to the the church and the ringing bells. Stunning scenery from these beautiful Italian hills, A LOVELY DRIVE TO IMPRUNETA. Also known for its terracotta artwork/ pottery. The weekend market was a plus, together with lively community celebration.

Impruneta is actualy the suburb of Florence, 20-30 min away from centre of the city. It is close to road Florence-Siena, perhaps it is little bit noisy but for us it was great to easy reach many destination in Toscana in short time. The Host recommended us some restaurants in the vicinity and in Florence, and we found many nice restaurants in the cities we visited.

There is plenty corners to sit outside and enjoy the day. Breakfast was very good. Also staff is very helpful and friendly (thanks to the lady for all tips and tricks of Firenze-unfortunatelly we forgot her name, and also to other staff members for good service). They are also flexible with check in arrangemements. I would recommend staying here.
