Calm and quiet place that I felt very safe to walk in the mountains on my own. All the facilities were perfect for an easy weekend away with the family away from TV, internet and the daily distractions! We loved that we could bring our small dogs with us who enjoyed being cuddled up next to the fire place after beautiful walks on the property. I have to come back in the summer to see how different it is.

It's a great old farmhouse that gives one a good dea of country living. The rooms were very comfortable and the hosts were very responsive to a minor problem that was solved quickly. Would recommend for a quiet getaway.

Easy access - location is views were the best - facilities exceeded expectations! All in all it was a great stay, we were on a bike-packing trip so did not spend a huge amount of time on the property, but the facilities we used were lekker!
I just wasn't sure about the pool - but I also didn't ask while we were there, so can't really comment on that
