We enjoyed several restaurants in the area and a trip to the top of the Willis Tower, all within walking distance. The staff at check-in was friendly and we received text messages for the next several hours asking if everything was satisfactory. It's a 15 minute walk from Ogilvie Transportation Center and Union Station. It's also a block away from the Monroe red line station and the Washington/Wells station that most of the other el lines stop at. It's a 5 minute walk from the Art Institute and Millennium Park. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Beverly who gave me so many recommendations for things to do in the city.
