We were trying to find a place close to the OC fair and event center, and this was decently located (20-minute walk). It was cheaper than comparable hotels in the area. The room was decently spacious. The bed was comfortable. There was a fridge and a microwave.

I really enjoyed how clean everything was. I love having a mini fridge that actually worked. It was also very easy to get in and out to my car with signs and elevators.

The location was close enough in walking distance to enough retail food, although we didn't need to use it. The bed was roomy and comfortable with just the right amount of "blanketing". The bathroom was roomy and well laid out - glad you had a fan, since there was no bathroom window. Enough counter space for him and her stuff. The parking was close to our room and the fact that we had a first floor room was extra nice, since we're older and not having to carry goods up the stairs made it much safer for us AND convenient. (I'm not sure, if your receptionist keeps the age of the customers in mind, when making room arrangements - if so, KUDOS!)
