This hotel was amazing. We booked the hotel at approximately 8.30am after having to leave another hotel for awful standards and found a deal on this room. We checked in about an hour later and was in our room by 10.30am. The staff could not be any more helpful in assisting us, from a welcome drink, to allowing us a complimentary late check out, to taking our bags to our room, a fruit platter, dressing gowns, premium toiletries, the list goes on. The beds and bedding were so comfy and the rooms were very quiet, i didn't hear other guests at all. The room itself had a separate toilet as well as a full bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub which made it ideal for families. The sitting room with TV meant we could all have our own space. The facilities in the hotel were amazing with rooftop pool and spa/gym. The breakfast buffet was how a breakfast should be done with an egg station that could do eggs every way, lots of options for vegetarians and everything looked fresh and clean. The location was excellent with a MRT station a few minutes walk away.
