It was very peaceful, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. What a treat to stay in a 100-year old ryokan! The host was so gracious and even stayed extra late to check us in around midnight when our flight was delayed. There is a communal kitchen with great tasting, local coffee for free. Linen yukatas and slippers were provided. The ryokan itself is very close to Odawara station and also to the beautiful Odawara castle.
