we were there at 11:45 sunday morning.
we were there at 11:45 sunday morning. we can buy the ticket until 12:15 according to the site. BUT at 12:00, they STOP to sell the ticket for all the people who were waiting in the line!!! most of us are foreigne tourists. BUUUT, there is an italien, who came here to buy the ticket, the staff reopen the ticket office only for him. not for us who were keeping in line and waiting for 15 minutes. really not a good experience. that may be italien style. no rule to respect.
