The hotel is a bit dated and there is no elevator, but I knew that as I stayed there before. They were super nice and accommodated my request for a lower floor which was great for my aching knees. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and made up every day. It is near the park and many restaurants, a nice 15 minute walk to the University of Glasgow. Room was small, cute, comfy, able to open the window (this is important for me), tasteful, minimal. British sized usb chargers in room that you can use if you forgot yours(like I did). They serve coffee and tea at breakfast. Potato scones at breakfast were really good.
