The lady who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. The room was nice, well decorated and clean. Breakfast was good and glad it was included. The hotel is in a great location and very quiet at night. A staff member was nice to give us a list of restaurant recommendations near the hotel. Unfortunately the one we selected (El Barril de las Cortes) was not as good as we expected. We had a bad experience with our food being under cook/burnt and service non-attentive (the bartender/waiter at the restaurant was arrogant)
