Very helpful and welcoming people are working at the hotel. We were not satisfied with the location of our apartments as they initially were near the elevator and when elevator worked we could hear it quite clear, we asked to change our apartments and they gave us another room. There is also a kitchen in the hotel. Very convenient because you have free access to the fridge and free hot water, you can even cook there. Everything is nice and clean.

The property was extremely close to the train station for easy access all public transportation. The rooms were extremely clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable as well. I have been quite often to the titanic hotel. It is a great choice for city sightseeing in Berlin as well as for a business hotel. The breakfast is very delicious and offers a great choice of different food. The staff is exceptional friendly and the rooms a very clean.
