it is fabulous, especially with the light of the sunset. I loved the bicycle lane, the Finn'restaurant terrasse and the Empress Hotel verenda. I loved the light of the place like I loved the light on the ocean when I had a boat tour.

Beautiful area for walking. Tea in the Empress is expensive for what you get. Try the White Heather instead. The Museum is amazing. The area is crowded and busy - better to walk than to try and drive.

We walked around some of the Inner Harbour and this was just excellent. Lots of things to see and lovely to see some birds and also a seal or two there. Could not get over the sea planes which were coming and going almost every 15 mins. Busy harbour.

Always enjoy all the many activities, particularly in the warmer months, but even in mild Winters, you can become a Tourist in Your Own Backyard with discounts for many of the excursions. Go for a harbour tour!
