Property info

Villa Lalapanzi boasts, four large ensuite bedrooms all with 100% percale linen and towels with complimentary luxurious shampoo, conditioner and body lotion in each bathroom. From the no curtain Master Bedroom you'll enjoy a stunning 360 degree, panoramic views of Devil's Peak, Table Mountain, Lion's Head, Signal Hill and Cape Town City Centre and harbour. You'll also find a kingsize four poster bed with customised mosquito net and ensuite bathroom. The second double bedroom is set to the rear of the house and has its own access to the back pool area. There's also room to relax with an extra length super Kingsize fourposter bed, mosquito net included, dressing room and ensuite bathroom. The 3rd and 4th of the double bedrooms features superb views overlooking the city with four poster beds and a shared bathroom and toilet. 1 cot is available for babies and toddlers.

Flanked by epic views of Cape Town's most iconic landmarks, Lalapanzi is a luxuriously large 4 bedroom family house idyllically nestled in the foothills of Table Mountain. Perfectly situated in an elevated region of trendy Tamboerskloof with all its cosmopolitan delis and restaurants, famous Kloof street just a stone throw away, the house is a mere five minutes by car from the popular V&A Waterfront and just five minutes from the breathtaking beaches of Camps Bay. In addition to its calm and relaxing location on a quiet residential street, Lalapanzi's spacious open plan accommodation makes it a firm favourite with families. Lalapanzi has a beautiful swimming pool set to the rear of the property affording plenty of privacy and space for relaxation. This area is also perfect for outside entertaining and enjoying a meal. The sun deck off the the kitchen and the built in fire pit have spectacular views of both Table Mountain and Lions Head and is the ideal setting for sun downers or viewing Table Mountain lit up at night. To the front of the villa there is a porch which is perfect for enjoying a cup of tea or coffee in the morning as the sun rises over Cape Town city centre.
