The guesthouse is a wonderful accomodation in a lovely colonial style mansion with a beautiful garden, heated pool, great breakfast and free parking. It’s located in the middle of Franschhoek only a few steps from several great restaurants but still very quiet. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the complementary drinks and popcorn in the room.

What a great guest house! The location is close to the Main Street, where there are many restaurants to choose from, and within walking distance of the Wine Tram(15 minutes). We wish we had more time to spend there. The grounds are beautiful; walk in the garden and love the scents. The pool area is inviting and the building architecture stunning. The decor appears to have been lovingly done. We were in an upper room, what a treat! Comfortable bed and quiet area lead to a wonderful night’s sleep. Our room had a comfortable sitting area, a fridge and coffee area. The bathroom was luxury plus. The best part of this property is the owners and staff. They were quick to answer our inquiries and helped us to make the most of our short time in the area. Then there was breakfast, something for everyone and delicious. I believe we stumbled upon perfection. We will return for a longer time.

Everything is absolutely perfect! Big beautiful room, 200*200 bed, rose garden, breakfast, service. But what is even more important for South Africa: they have no load shedding (AC works all night) and a HEATED pool. Absolutely calm.
