Usadba

This air-conditioned hotel consists of several individually designed cottages that occupy a large area in the center of Koktebel. The Black Sea beach is only 525 feet away. All soundproofed rooms of Usadba Hotel have a private entrance and a fully equipped kitchen. Each room has free WiFi and unique wooden furnishings. Guests can enjoy European and Ukrainian cuisine in the hotel restaurant or use the barbecue facilities. Each cottage has an outdoor terrace in the shade of kiwi trees where guests can enjoy a glass of Koktebel wine or have dinner. Among the cottages of the hotel there is a picturesque pond with Japanese koi fish and relict turtles. Right by the pond, guests can relax in a Russian steam bath.
