the location is perfect, it takes you around 20 mins to go to center of Phong Nha. the view is giving, i love the bathroom the most, it’s so big even bigger than bedroom.

Beautiful room with beautiful views. The hotel had a lovely welcoming feeling and ambiance. Seriously recommend this place. Whilst we were there we did the Tu Lan Cave experience with oxalis adventures. This was a highlight of the holiday and the hotel was lovely to come back to after a full day of physical activity!

The staff were excellent!! Especially Sarah. She went above and beyond to help us out as we had a sleeper bus arrive at 3am and she went out of her way to call a taxi for us at this time as we couldn't find one. The lovely man even carried our bags down to our room for us after arriving at 3am. The reception staff were beautiful and we loved our room. Only downfall was we didn't have enough time to stay longer 🥺

it is unfair for me to review this properly as we stayed for 4 nights over the New Year holidays so it was really manic, so many people. We stayed in a bungalow on the lakeside which was really nice. it had a little balcony to sit and watch the little jumping fish and people kayaking which is free to guests. Theres also bikes free to guests but only for 2 hours and as its quite a way out of town on a very busy road theres not really anywhere to go safely, most used them to get around the large site. The room itself was nice and spacious along with a lovely sized bathroom with an outside shower and bath should you wish to use it (there was an internal shower too) They have lots of different rooms available, the site is very big and spread out. Theres mosquito nets around the bed too. The staff are really helpful even though it was so busy. The room was very clean. They have lots of trips available you can book with them.

Very nice and friendly staff particularly Anna who organised a tour for us and provided us with lots of information about the area. The free bikes are brand new and having kayaks is very handy. Hotel is outside of the town but very peaceful and only a short taxi to town overall great location. Staff also organised transfers to and from the train station for us which was very helpful.
