Didn’t want to leave. Had a little bit of everything City, Country, and suburbs. Loved the shopping and restaurants. Went to Wheatland for a tour and Lititz and had a tour of a pretzel bakery. We ate at the shady maple

I love Lancaster! Lots of things to do & shopping.
I love Lancaster! Lots of things to do & shopping. Close to Maryland & Wash DC. Only complaint w/b need better Fast Food meals. (I do not like bready/ nor greasy food, but there are plenty of decent Restaurants to go to and not too expensive, either.) So...overall, definitely recommend Lancaster.

Lancaster is a great area.
Lancaster is a great area. The hotel is in a great spot, close to everything and the highway. The view isn't that great as it's right on the road (Route 30), but I didn't mind. The shades were private and the air conditioning provided just the right amount of white noise to sleep. The rooms on the other sides are probably more quiet. They also have a quiet policy from 10 pm to 8 am, which suits me just fine. There was even a pool room and a little gym. The complimentary coffee all day was a nice bonus, which also included a choice of still or sparkling water! The beds and pillows are super comfy. The area is quite built up yet still has that local charm unique to Lancaster.

There is always so much to do in Lancaster.
There is always so much to do in Lancaster. During this time we always go for the shows and the shopping. The AMT Music show is always wonderful, the shows at Sight and Sound are so moving. There are so many great places to eat, and of course you have the outlets, and an all open Park City Mall.
We have been coming here for 18 years during Christmas, and of course every year we have to eat at Miller's Smorgasbord. An unbelievable eating experience.
A historic landmark that was refurbished to modern day conveniences. Oak beams in the halls were beautiful and the wood staircase to exit separately from the main entrance was a wonderful surprise. The room itself was tastefully done, comfortable and quiet. Staff was very helpful, friendly and smiling - even the housekeeping ladies were happy. If you want a hotel that is not your typical hotel, this is a gem close to downtown Lancaster and highways to take you anywhere in the county. I look forward to another stay in the future.
This trip was a visit to Lancaster , my home where I grew up. I haven't visited in many years. I picked the right time, and the weather was perfect. I went down the road to Katie's kitchen and had breakfast several times. I went to Central Market.
The hotel was 60 $ a night. I don't care if some of the furniture had a scratch, or water pressure wasn't so great. The bed was good, and I had internet, and no one kept me awake at night. Those things matter .
The room was beautiful and comfortable. The view from the window overlooked a courtyard with a pond that had a waterfall and fish we would have sat outside if it had been warmer. Our hosts were very welcoming and the food was exceptional. Our hosts even explained what they were serving us. There was also a library and a fireplace for cold or rainy evenings. We will return to the Lancaster Bed and Breakfast when we go to Lancaster again.
There was a cheerful hotel greeter in the evening when we arrived, and we saw him during the later shift on the days we were there. The room was comfortable. Very close to Sight and Sound Theater and the shopping outlets were right there on Rte. 30. We could walk across the street to a section of Rockvale Outlets, and Tangiers outlets were down the road on Route 30.
I have stayed in Country Inn of Lancaster many times, with friends and family. It's close to the Sight and Sound Theater, good restaurants and the Tanger Outlets.
The rooms are clean and comfortable; the staff is friendly and courteous, and they offer free treats for their guests, like popcorn and candy. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Lancaster/Ronks.
What we really liked is the total experience, you can use the veranda, the games room, the library and the living room next to your own room. It feels very homey. And you can, if you want, also make contact with the other guests. We ourselves had good contact with the new owner, he really makes you feel at home and makes a delicious breakfast
The Lancaster Arts is a funky, boutique hotel that we love to stay in when we come to Lancaster. It is not like all the other cookie cutter, chains. It has personality and makes your stay something memorable. It is walking distance from downtown and Franklin & Marshall. We would definitely recommend this to anyone coming to the area.
Lovely old home on a shady, quiet property with easy access to downtown Lancaster and the Amish Country. Comfortable rooms and plenty of hot water. Friendly, engaging hosts. Lancaster B&B's breakfast is, bar none, the best B&B food we've ever eaten. In fact, they are the best restaurant in this small city and that's saying something.
Loved everything about this hotel! Perfect location in Lancaster County and it was walking distance to numerous historical sights. The service was exceptional from the front desk and the room was lovely. The whole inn was perfect in its ambience and warmth and would stay there again in a heartbeat!
This hotel was amazing. From the front desk to the time we checked out everything and everyone.wad great. I am on a gluten free diet and they had gluten free bread at breakfast. It meant so much that I could eat bread with breakfast.
We already made a reservation for next year!
nice recent hotel with great rooms. nice and quiet location with a large Wegmans supermarket behind the hotel. hotel clean and confortable. cheap washing machines and dryers to wash all of clothes, 1USD which was perfect when traveling with 3 kids on 3 week holiday
This hotel isn't even two years old and it still smells new in the elevator! Staff very courteous and professional, plus friendly! Room spacious, clean and bed & pillows very comfortable! Thank you for a great last minute reservation!
I loved the ambiance with the wooden stairs and fire place when you walk in. Our room was clean and nice size. The Tanger Outlets are literally in the backyard of the hotel.
