Marshall, one of the owners, greeted us and was absolutely delightful. Personally showed us to our room and had great suggestions for dinner nearby. The rooms were bright, cheerful, and full of personal touches. Truly a gem!

The motel was perfectly fine, but there was nothing outstanding or special about it. The view from our second floor room was great. And it was very close to the reason we came to Rockport, a concert at the Shailin Liu Music Center. We also like the express check-in.

The location was unbeatable. We got an oceanfront view with the balcony so it was nice to be able to wake up to the waves and sitting outside albeit a bit cold in April. It was also very close to several restaurants on Main St.
Would definitely do another staycation here!

Smaller, more intimate than Gloucester, but still accessible to Boston by commuter rail. Large selection of local artisan wares. Managed to snag a reservation at My Place By the Sea. Would revisit but not before also trying places more frequented by locals.

A charming town with much to see and do in and around the town. Excellent food options. We especially loved the lobster rolls and fries at Bearskin Neck Bistro and the donuts at the Brothers Cafe. Shalin Liu Performance Center and the Paper House were two places not to miss. And you can't leave Rockport without seeing Motif #1.

Loved - quaint downtown, views, coastal walks.
Loved - quaint downtown, views, coastal walks.
Didn’t like - no parking at Long Beach and other beaches near there except for pricey and overfilled private lots. Next time I’ll be bringing my bike to avoid the traffic and parking.
Restaurant hours are limited. Every place is booked solid or closed.

There are seafood places to eat every where with water views. The only downfall is the traffic during the summer. I probably wouldn't go again until just after Labor day, but I would definitley go back again. Ate at Mile Marker 1 and Seaport Grille which had awesome food. Pricey, but good. Well worth it!

The Seafarer is an immaculate, comfortable, and welcoming inn. The room was spacious with a wonderful foam mattress and a small kitchenette. The public spaces are comfortable and inviting. Breakfast was plentiful, delicious, and varied.
Incredible location- picturesque and convenient, within a short walk of all the best that historic Rockport has to offer.
Nice apartment- very attractive, spacious (for a couple), nicely appointed, well-equipped, cozy and welcoming.
Had no problem finding free street parking when we were there in mid/late October.
Management responded immediately to a texted request (for wi-fi password).
The owners of this lovely B&B were incredibly friendly, responsive, and informative. Their B&B was in a terrific location with just a few minutes walk to the center of Rockport. My room was super-clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and to have coffee, tea and a small fridge was an added plus.
I would most definitely stay here again!
The facility is awesome as it is a historical place. All the original wood and antique furniture pieces. The view fabulous. They have a made to order breakfast where you sit at a table and they wait on you. The rooms are not a typical hotel room but more of a bed and breakfast space or as the name of the place states “inn”.
My friends and I ALWAYS stay here!!! We love everything about it....the breakfast was "simple" but if our kids are happy, that's all that counts. Now, it is a drive to all the center of Rockport, but...it has an indoor pool, which is a must for kids, especially during the fall when we go....
The location is great, very close to the centre of Rockport. Lovely hosts (with their two lovely dogs), cosy room, splendid home-made continental breakfast—feels like home away from home. Well, home plus home-made continental breakfast and in the pretty town of Rockport.
Beautiful designed rooms, make you feel cosy and welcome.
Very good breakfast, served discretely at our door in the morning, great coffee.
Perfect location! Quiet neighborhood, but short walk distance to Rockport Marina.
I'm already planning our next visit!
The owners were very friendly. The location was great and within walking distance of everything in Rockport. The value just for the parking spot was well worth the stay. The breakfast was hand made by the owners and delicious. And everything was very clean!
Loved this place! Location was RIGHT on the beach, at the bottom of King street. We walked from the MTBA from Boston. (.5 miles). The common spaces are lovely - my kids enjoyed the shuffleboard, and I liked sitting on the deck watching the water.
My wife and I were in Rockport for a birding experience. Our room overlooked the ocean and our birding began from the comfort of our lovely room. Our room and the whole facility was very nice and the breakfast and the service were excellent.
It’s a boutique hotel 5min from the downtown/seashore of Rockport. Lovely and cozy rooms, really carefully chosen inner decorations, terrific breakfast. Marshall (owner) really made us feel welcomed :-)
This Guest House is perfection. Everything is so well thought out. The furnishings and decoration alone, are a feast for the eyes. We would return in a heartbeat. We also loved Rockport.
the Inn is very nice, room a pretty and well decorated. Beds are amazing. Is located in walking distance from everything you have to see in Rockport. It was self check in.
Helen and Dan are great host. This is a great B&B to spend few days in Rockport. Rooms is very nice and breakfast is delicious. I highly recommend ecommend the place.
